Lynden Pindling International Airport is the largest airport in the Bahamas and is located approximately 16 km west of the centre of Nassau. It was named after the first Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Lynden Pindling. The airport is the main hub for international tourists travelling to the islands and has three terminals for domestic and international flights. It is particularly known for its relaxed atmosphere and short distances – typical „Island Style“.
