The chicken is marinated in a spicy blend of allspice and Scotch bonnet chili peppers, then slowly grilled over pimento wood. This special preparation method gives the meat a distinctive, smoky aroma. The airport opened back in the 1940s and is now one of the most significant tourist gateways in the Caribbean. Sangster International is particularly geared towards tourism and has been modernised several times to cope with the growing passenger numbers. In addition to impressive colonial architecture, visitors can expect an exciting ghost legend and a dreamlike view over the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A short drive away is Dunn's River Falls Park, one of Jamaica's most famous waterfalls.
